How the Process Works

1. Initial Inspection & Diagnosis
   I’ll take in your SNOO and open it up to determine whether the rocking issue is a straightforward repair.
2. Repair (If Applicable)
   In many cases, replacing worn O-rings resolves rocking problems. If that’s the case, we can proceed with the repair and complete a full deep clean at the same time.
3. Cleaning & Return
   Once repaired, your SNOO is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and returned ready for use.
4. If I discover a more serious issue—such as a failed motor—I’ll let you know before proceeding. In that scenario, I would not move forward with the repair or cleaning, as motor replacements are quite costly. I can, however, look into sourcing the required part if you’d like.
